Accessibility statement

The standard we aim to meet

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. These guidelines help make services usable for people with visual, hearing, movement and cognitive disabilities.

We do not currently claim full compliance. An initial review has identified barriers, and improvements are in progress. Automated checks alone cannot establish compliance, and a complete manual and assistive-technology audit has not yet been completed.

Accessibility support

• A skip-to-content link and visible keyboard focus indicators.
• Improved text and button contrast across the shared colour scheme.
• Keyboard-operable navigation, labelled controls and accessible checklist states.
• Support for your device's reduced-motion preference.
• Text that can be enlarged using browser zoom. Some complex tables may need horizontal scrolling.

Known limitations and ongoing checks

• Not every member tool, admin page, error state or payment journey has been tested with a screen reader or keyboard.
• Charts, image-based logo and social previews, and generated or uploaded documents may not offer a complete accessible equivalent.
• Third-party videos may not include suitable captions or transcripts.
• Payment services, official registers and government application sites are outside our control and may have their own accessibility barriers.

We are continuing to check text resizing, small-screen layouts, focus order, form feedback and assistive-technology support. If any content or tool is inaccessible, please contact us for help or an alternative format.

Report a problem or request help

Email info@taxmiser.co.uk with the subject “Accessibility request”. Include the page address, what you were trying to do, what went wrong and, if possible, your browser and assistive technology.

Tell us which format or adjustment would help. Please do not include passwords, bank details or private tax documents in your report. If our response does not resolve the problem, reply and ask for it to be reviewed by M3CA LTD.

How this statement was prepared

Prepared on 13 October 2026 following an internal source review and automated browser checks of representative public and signed-in pages. This is not an independent certification. We will update this statement as further checks and fixes are completed.
